Dear Dr. Vergara,

I am writing to express my interest in a faculty position at St. John College of Buug


Foundation, Inc. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from University of
Caloocan City, and I am currently pursuing a Certificate in Professional Education in
Mindanao State University to formally prepare myself for a teaching career in higher
education.

While I do not yet have formal teaching experience, I have developed a strong foundation in
public sector principles through academic training, research projects, and community
engagement activities. My coursework included in-depth studies in policy analysis, public
budgeting, organizational theory, and administrative ethics, which have equipped me with
the knowledge and skills to support students in understanding the complexities of modern
governance.

In addition to my academic qualifications, I have worked in the local government of


Caloocan City which allowed me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world situations.
These experiences have honed my communication, presentation, and organizational skills—
essential tools in the classroom setting.

I am eager to bring my dedication, enthusiasm, and fresh perspective to your institution. I


am also committed to continuous learning and professional development, and I would
welcome the opportunity to be mentored by experienced faculty members as I begin my
teaching career.
