7–10–7 Daily Structure


Sleep: 7 hours (split) | Study: 7 hours | Free/Religious/Personal: 10 hours

4:15–5:45 AM Sehri + Fajr
5:45–8:15 AM Study Block 1 (Hard Subjects)
8:15 AM–12:30 PM Sleep
1:15–1:45 PM Zuhr + Break
2:00–4:15 PM Study Block 2 (Practice)
4:45 PM Asar
5:00–5:45 PM Light Revision
6:00–7:00 PM Iftar + Maghrib
7:00–8:00 PM Qur’an Reading
8:30–10:00 PM Isha + Taraweeh
10:30 PM–12:45 AM Study Block 3 (Mock/Weak Topics)
1:30–4:15 AM Sleep

Gap Day Strategy (Exam Boost)


• Morning (Sehri–8 AM): Full syllabus quick revision (formulas, reactions, derivations)

• Afternoon: Practice numericals / questions

• Pre■Iftar: Light revision / flashcards

• Night: Full mock test + mistake analysis

• Night before exam: No new topics, only known revision, proper sleep

Subject Priority for 80%+


• Chemistry: NCERT line■by■line + reactions + numericals

• Physics: Formula sheet + derivations + daily numericals

• Maths: Daily practice + formulas

• English / PE / IT: Quick scoring subjects — revise formats & key terms
