first weigh not be calculated this will start at stop watch starting from first
discharge to the mixer , Mixing Time 15 second we should load the multiple of
mixer capacity for example if Mixer 4 cm3 we should load 8 cm3 or 12 cm3.

General Information

 All electrical and safety fittings comply with the relevant UK/KSA regualations.
 The plant will be finished with primer coat, undercoated and top glass coat color to
customers requirements
 Foundations Drawing will be supplied by supplier.
 18 months warranty for steel body and 12 months warranty for spare parts from
commissioning hand over date.
Exclusions

 All Civil works necessary for foundations.

 Power Supply Connections up to Batch Cabin.
 Necessary water pipe up to the water meter.
 Provision cranes (70 to 120 Ton at least ) for unloading and erection of Batching Plant
 Full Accommodation, food, transportation will be provided by customer for maxim. Of 6
persons.
