Steps in Deploying Printer Using GPO
1. Click the START button
then click DIVICES & PRINTERS 2. Click ADD a PRINTER
3. Click ADD A LOCAL PRINTER
4. Click NEXT
5. Click a printer type of your choice
6. Click NEXT

7. A PRINTER of your choice has been
added.
8. Click finish
9. After a PRINTER has been successfully added. Close the tab.
10. Click the START button, click ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS,
then go to GROUP POLICY MANAGEMENT

click ADD Button.
38. Click APPLY then OK
39. A prompt will appear.

then click OK
40. Click the START Button then type CMD, enter.
Type GPUPDATE, a prompt will show if you had a successful deployment.
41. GO TO CLIENT PC
Click the START BUTTON 42. Type GPUPDATE
Then type CMD, ENTER.
43. In the client’s PC the PRINTER you added will show
