Outline your philosophy of ministry:
My philosophy of ministry is Christ-centered, Spirit-led, and people-focused. I believe the Church
exists to glorify God, equip believers, and transform society through the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Ministry must be grounded in sound biblical doctrine, empowered by the Holy Spirit, and expressed
through love, integrity, and servant leadership.
I believe in discipling believers to spiritual maturity, equipping them for ministry, and encouraging
active participation in evangelism, missions, and community service. A pastor must lead by example,
humility, prayer, and obedience to God’s Word.
Doctrinal knowledge

Doctrine of God – God is one, eternal, holy, and sovereign, revealed as Father, Son, and Holy
Spirit.
Doctrine of Salvation – Salvation is by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, not by works.
Doctrine of Christ – Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man, the only Savior of mankind.
Doctrine of the Holy Spirit – The Holy Spirit convicts, regenerates, sanctifies, and empowers
believers.
Doctrine of the Church – The Church is the body of Christ, called to worship, fellowship,
discipleship, and mission.
Doctrine of the Scriptures – The Bible is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of

Pentecostal doctrine emphasizes the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience following
salvation, evidenced by speaking in tongues. It upholds the operation of spiritual gifts such as
prophecy, healing, miracles, and discernment. Pentecostal theology also emphasizes divine healing,
fervent prayer, holiness of life, and the active presence of the Holy Spirit in the Church today.

I will lead the Church with integrity, humility, and accountability. My leadership will be rooted in

teaching, counseling, visitation, and spiritual guidance, ensuring both spiritual growth and pastoral
care.
b, Church leadership.
I will promote teamwork, transparency, and shared responsibility among church leaders. I will
empower elders, deacons, and leaders through training and mentorship, ensuring unity of vision and
purpose. Decisions will be made prayerfully and in consultation with leadership structures.
c, Church departmental leadership.
Each department will have clear roles, leadership structures, and accountability. I will encourage
capacity building, regular meetings, and spiritual development of departmental leaders. Departments
will work together to support the overall mission of the Church.
d, Community engagement and leadership.
The Church will actively engage the community through evangelism, social outreach, youth
mentorship, charity work, and moral guidance. I believe the Church must be relevant and responsive to
the needs of society while upholding biblical values.
What measures will you put in place in order to grow the Church?
I will prioritize evangelism, discipleship, prayer, sound teaching, and leadership development. Small
groups, youth programs, and outreach initiatives will be strengthened. Growth will focus on both
numerical increase and spiritual maturity.
Explain in details Biblical and Moral Ethical Strategic measures you will apply in addressing conflicts
at the local Church.
Conflicts will be handled using biblical principles such as love, forgiveness, humility, and truth
(Matthew 18:15–17). Prayer, counseling, mediation, and fairness will guide the resolution process. I
will uphold integrity, confidentiality, and justice while seeking reconciliation and peace.

How will you manage finances at the Church?
Church finances will be managed with transparency, accountability, and stewardship. Proper records
will be kept, budgets prepared, and financial reports shared with leadership. Offerings and resources
will be used responsibly for ministry, welfare, and development according to biblical principles.
