[Link].238, G.A (Ser. B) Department, dated 02.12.2025, making it mandatory
for employees holding the posts of ASO, Sr. Steno, Jr. Steno and Typist-cum-
Assistant, whose service conditions are governed by the Telangana Secretariate
Subordinate Service Rules-1997 & Junior Assistants, Assistant-Cum-Typists, Senior
Stenographers, Junior Stenographers, UD Typists, Typists, LD Typists etc., whose
service conditions are governed by the Telangana Ministerial Service Rules-1998
who are recruited after 12.05.2014 shall pass the Departmental Test “Proficiency
in Office Automation with usage of Computers and Associated Software” if the
employee is recruited for the posts without passing of the test, during his/her
probation period.

Note: The candidates shall be given the text/matter in the question papers and
they must type/reproduce it in the answer sheet. The formatting of the text
should also be of the same type as given in the question paper.
