“My name is Asif. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Physics, which helped me develop
strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and discipline. After graduation, I
worked for two years in the HR and Administration department at Trade Zentrum Asutex.
During this time, I gained practical experience in employee coordination, administrative
operations, documentation, and organizational processes. This professional exposure
made me realize that I want to grow further in management and leadership, which is
why I am now pursuing an MBA. I now want to formalize my practical experience with
academic knowledge and prepare myself for long-term leadership roles in business.”
2. Why do you want to pursue an MBA?
“While my Physics education strengthened my analytical abilities, my experience in HR
