The graph illustrates the process of cacao being turned into chocolate.
To sum up, there are 9 steps of the progress in total. The bean to make
the product need to harvest from the ripe red pods on the trees then these
will then be converted into pure chocolate.
To get the cacao beans harvested, first the red pods need to collecting to
get the white cocoa beans. Then these beans will be put in fermentation
progress for 2 to 10 days. After being fermented, these beans will be
spreads in the sunlight and roasted in 120-150 degrees Celsius.
After the beans being roasted, the next thing is to crush the beans in
order to remove the outer shells. Following this, the inner part of the
beans will be put into the conching part to obtain liquid chocolate. At
this point, this chocolate will be poured into molds to temper. Finally,
the result of this process is the scrumptious chocolate ready to consume.
