English Immersion Learning Support Plan

Overview
One of the key missions of any English program is to contribute to the development of
professionals and helping them advance their careers in a globalized world. It is not
possible to say more about the importance of this language for said professionals
who need to work in a competitive international environment. That said, time is
essential; therefore, in order to add to the effort, this immersion program was
conceived.
Goals
1. To support the effort of professionals that need to learn English and identify
their strengths and opportunities for growth.
2. To focus on the learning of their specific key vocabulary beneficial to their day
to day work.
3. To increase their proficiency in the language to an independent* level.
Key activities
I. Perform a specialized assessment of each participant
A teacher specialized in the linguistics of the English language, with experience
to work with both locals and foreigners, is going to assess each participant and
customize their learning experience based on said preliminary evaluation, in
order to:
● Facilitate that students acquire communicative skills
● Motivate and advise students.
● Diagnosis of each of the participants regarding the weaknesses and
strengths they present.

II. English lessons and workshops
The lessons will be held <insert time here> and will aim to reinforce the
following points:
● Pronunciation practices: It consists of the phonetics and correct
gesticulation of the words.
● Effective communication: Its objective is that the student can communicate
correctly in his/her place of work and in his/her day to day.
● Correct use of grammar: Correct use of verb tenses, articles and grammar
genres.
III. Develop effective method for English learners with immersion
● Analysis and composition of documents based on news and articles, ect
● Cultural interactions
● Progress is measured only by the number of expressions volunteers
confidently speak out (neither writing nor listening).
● Examinations by levels, written, oral and auditory.
Participants
I. The English group will be composed of a total of <insert here>
The objective of the students is to potentiate their level of communication and
understanding.
