In today’s scheduled arraignment and pre-trial, Associate Provincial Prosecutor Tess


Calba, Atty. Crystal Dela Cruz for the private complainant, and Atty. Winnie Ragadi for the
defense, all appeared in court

When arraigned, the accused pleaded not guilty.

Considering the manifestation and acknowledgement of the counsels and parties


concerned the Trial shall be held on February 28, 2026 at 1:30 in the afternoon. To give them
more time to agree of the civil aspects of the case

So, Ordered.
