Passion Planner Digital
Passion Planner Digital files are interactive PDFs created for annotated apps on
tablet-like devices. Our recommended apps are GoodNotes for iOS, Drawboard
on Windows, and Noteshelf on Android. Other compatible apps are ZoomNotes,
Noteshelf, Notability, Drawboard, Xodo, and most PDF readers.
DOWNLOAD YOUR FILES
• Click the download link in your confirmation email. You’ll be directed to a
SendOwl page to download your files.
• Click the “download” button in Sendowl. IMPORTANT: You have 5 downloads
available. Please don’t click the download link more than once. After clicking
once, check your Downloads folder to avoid wasting a download. (If using an
iPad, then check the download arrow icon in top right corner)
• Unzip your download file by double-clicking or right click > unzip depending
on your device.
IMPORT YOUR FILES
• Download the annotating app you want to use onto your device.
• If you downloaded the files on your computer, then import them to your device
via your app of choice.
• Once downloaded to your device, navigate to the file you want to use.
• Open from the location or import using the your app of choice.

CHANGE THE COVER
• Save the cover(s) of your choice to your device.
• Use the “add image” feature in your app to add the new cover on top of the
front and back cover pages (first and last).
• Resize it so it fits over the old cover(s).
IMPORT STICKERS
• For Goodnotes users, import the “.collection” files directly into your Good-
notes Elements tool.
• For non-Goodnotes users, navigate to the “PNGs” folder and then import the
stickers to your device and app of choice.
USE THE “ADD TO CALENDAR” SHORTCUT
• This feature DOES NOT SYNC with calendars, it’s a way to quickly open and
add events to Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, or Google Calendar.
• For IOS users, make sure you have the Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, and
Shortcuts apps installed.
• Go to your Settings > Shortcuts > Toggle on Private Sharing. Feel free to turn
off once you’ve downloaded the Shortcut.
• Click here to Enable Apple Calendar Shortcut.
• When asked which app you’d like to use, choose the note-taking app of your
choice.
USE TABS AND HYPERLINKS
• Unlock hyperlinked tabs or buttons by activating “Read-Only” mode. To do
this, toggle off the pen tool by tapping the designated tool or icon in your
note-taking app.
• Access it by tapping the pen icon in your app of choice to seamlessly navigate
your digital planner. In some apps you may be able to just tap on it with your
Apple Pencil or finger.
