How are the classes happening at The skillians ?
The classes are happening in the evening between 8 Pm to 12 midnight on TTS or MWF
depending upon the schedule of the classes, the classes are not of usually 4 hours but we
expect you to be available in between the same, reason being our mentors are working
professionals sometimes they are available between 8-11 or 9-12 , usually the concept
explanation happens in first 2-2.5 hours along with some practical coding and we end the
session with doubt clearing so that the doubts are resolved real time and there is no scope of
questions left after the sessions. Every alternate day you have a class in which we teach you
the theoretical and practical concepts and on the remaining days we will be providing you with
the assignments ( majorly practical questions on leetcode ) approx 5-6 questions will be given to
you so that you are practicing it daily and asking the doubts on regular basis, These will be
counted towards your assignments . Also We dont act like gods while delivering the lectures to
be honest that you can't speak inbetween only listen , here you can unmute yourself at any time
and ask your questions so that your queries dont pile up till end of the session leading to crystal
clear clarity on the concepts
In Case you missed the Live session - its still okay we got you covered, right after the class
ends the recording of the same gets uploaded in your personalized learning management
system. By watching the same you can get the same class attendance as well .
Also if you have any kind of doubts, questions or queries related to the respective question or
class , we have discord groups where all the mentors , teaching assistants and helpers are
present. You can clearly go ahead and put up your questions and the mentors or TA’s resolve
the questions in nearly 10-15 mins through voice or video calls or chat sessions whichever
seems to be fine according to the doubt.

Here is the process to get you placed
Number 1 - company tie ups - we have tie ups with more than 900 companies including
startups like Boat, cred, razorpay etc, so what we do is we reach out to their HR’s through
emails , linked ins and all , setup a meeting and sign the contract that whatever hiring
requirements will be generated inside these companies they will be given to the skillians so
naturally 99.9 % all the external competition now gets cut off for the respective job role. These
jobs are only available to the students of the skillians academy. Not the outside world. The links
will be posted in the group post you clear all the required placement tests ( minimum 70% score
karna pasta hai aapko )
Number 2 - referral - to be honest referral is the key to our placements and the future also ,
nowadays it has become staggering more difficult to get placed through linked in, naukri and all
that, its not ki replies nahi aate hai but yes its tough competition out there coz 1 job par 1000 log
apply kar rhe hai which is not a good situation for a fresher. Hence getting internal referral is the
only solution to the required problem . i ll tell you how it works dekhiye suppose if there is any
opening in paytm ok ? you will inform me or i ll inform you about the same, we will search if we
have any alumnus placed there, if yes well n good we will tell him/her to refer you. If not our
team of 18 placement coordinator will work and get you referred through linked in . Its the speed
that we work upon that matters , imagine 18 people working just to get you guys placed, its alot
of operations that you cannot do alone. 99% chances are when you get referred to the job you
will get a call from the company and they will do the rest of the work.
The question is why will someone refer you, see we give them a token of INR 30,000/- if you get
placed in their company so they are obviously very keen and fond of referring more people so
that it benefits them financially
Number 3 - We give you premium subscriptions for Naukri , cutshort and many other application
platform if you are choosing pay after placement + plan that i am going to explain later in this
call, so how this helps is that your resumes are seen on priority and gets shortlisted quickly.

Program journey
The total duration of the program is 9 months which is further divided in 2 phases
Phase 1 of around 4-5 months in which we cover DSA nd Advanced DSA from the scratch
covering 900+ questions in total , next phase we cover if
1. Data science - machine learning, neural network, statistics, logs, power BI, tableau,
tensorflow etc
2. Full stack - HTML, CSS, JS, along with complete MERN which is mongo DB , express, react
JS, and node JS , we also give recorded lessons of system design in this
Post you cover all the things we have a placement test that is mandatory for everyone to clear in
order to be eligible for the placements,
Now your question would be what if someone isnt clearing it ?
Dont worry we take a retest in next 15 days the only catch is the marks should be incremental
nor decreasing so that we know that you are working hard towards the end goal
Also yes i forgot to tell you that if somebody wants a placement quicker He/she can appear for
the placement test after 5th month of the program also but only 2 attempts would be given and
we are only going to ask DSA and advanced DSA in this test. People clearing it will get the full
placement assistance and have a chance to get placed sooner.

1. Pay after placement - which is a very generic model in which we charge you 5000+ taxes
upfront and you will have to pay 2L after the placement above given guarantee, remember only
agar aapke package 6/8LPa se upar jata hai tab hi aapko paise dene hai otherwise nahi dene
hai
2. Pay after placement + - This is the most selling and looked after program to be honest, in this
you will be paying 15K + taxes - 17,700/- upfront and will be paying 1.3L after placement saying
53k in total. Which is a huge amount, not only this i will be sharing a comparison card on your
whatsapp number that what are the additional services given in this payment mode which can
increase your hiring speed 2-3 times if we compare this to normal pay after placement like
