I am applying for the Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) position at Unity Cement Lim-
ited. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed an internship as a
maintenance intern at Power Mech Project Limited, working at a Reliance gasifier plant.
During my internship, I was exposed to preventive and breakdown maintenance of pumps,
valves, piping systems, and rotating equipment. I worked under plant safety procedures and
learned the practical importance of utilities such as steam, compressed air, and cooling water
systems for continuous operation.
I am interested in developing my career in cement plant utility and mechanical maintenance
systems, including compressors, boilers, cooling towers, and material handling equipment. I am
willing to work in shifts and plant conditions and learn from senior engineers on the shop floor.
I have enclosed my resume for your consideration and would welcome an opportunity for an
interview.
