REQUEST FOR ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT

I am writing to respectfully request for my academic transcript from the Faculty of


Law. I am currently a student in my 200 level year.

The reason for this request is that I am contesting for a position of an Honourable
at the Great Independence Hall and the Electoral Commission has requested that I
submit my transcript as part of my nomination package. This role is a significant
opportunity for me to serve my hall and I believe that my academic record is a
testament to my capabilities and commitment to excellence.

I would like to assure you that the transcript and will be used solely for the
purpose of this election. I would be grateful if you could expedite this request as
the Electoral Commission has set a deadline for the submission of all nomination
documents.
