The bar chart illustrates how many visitors that come to a museum are

divided into three different categories from 1997 to 2012.

Overall, it is noticeable that the number of adult visitors always stayed the
highest throughout the period. In contrast, the figure for special exhibitions
visitors remained the lowest during the period. Meanwhile, the total number
of visitors in 2007 trailed far behind other years.

In 1997, museum registered 300100 adult people visited, which trailed far
behind the figures for children (1200000) and exhibition visitors (28000). By
2002, the number of adult visitors witnessed an increase to 302200, whereas
both children and exhibition attendees experienced slight changes, with the
former dropping to 110000 and the latter increasing steadily to 29200.

The most important change occurred in 2007, when total visitors surged to
over 525000. This growth was mainly due to a sharp rise in adult visitors,
reaching peak at 400500, while the number of children showed a plummet to
87000. Visitors to special exhibitions also growth significantly to 37700.
However, the figures for total fell slightly to 504300, similar to adults visitors
declined to 380000 and children to 82300, but visitors attendees to special
exhibitions continued to rise to 42000.
