Morning Tasks

● Eating Area (5 minutes)


● Fill water bucket and clean tables simultaneously
● Spray/Wipe Tables
● Place table clothes
● Place fans
● Refill towels if needed)
● Put out sink pump

● Yard (15 minutes)


● It helps to gather persimmons and sweep yard first before the tarps
● Push sand in before sweeping the yard
● Throw away any persimmons on sand/around yard
● Sweep yard/grass area (including garden area by patio)
● Fold tarps/put away
● Push sand back
● Check for poop
● Put out activities
● Coil garden hose properly (If needed)

● Once tasks are completed, these can be done if time permits


● Clean lunch cubbies (5 minutes)
● Rake sand
● Throw out trash (if full)
● Gather laundry for parents
● Set up for appointments
● Refill drinking water fountain
● Update calendars (if needed)

Eating Area (15 minutes)


● Put away dishes while children are eating or wash them
● Clean sink while children are settling down or eating in milena’s kitchen
● Move children to other table if only a few are left on one table
● Spray and wipe tables/chairs
● Put away clean dishes
● Put dirty dishes in kitchen
● Refill towels (if needed)
● Sweep area
● Refill soap (if needed)
● Gather dirty towels/tablecloths
● Put away any loose items
● Dump water into plants
● Refill water bottles
● Clean buckets/ water spout (if needed)
● Clean lunch cubbies (weekly)

Pato (15-30 minutes)


● If children didn’t use the space too much 15 min to clean up otherwise 30 min
● When wiping surfaces (not tables) it should be a quick wipe
● Block area platform should be swept too
● Spray and wipe down tables
● Wipe down all surfaces
● Sweep
● Take out trash (if needed)
● Refill towels
● Let water out of sink
● Push water away if a puddle
● Gather dirty towels and put away
● Put away any loose items
● Toys should be put back
● Water plants (weekly)
● Gather any artwork
● Paper put in recycling
● Refill paint jars (if needed)
● Clean paint brushes (if needed)
● Refill materials (if needed)
● Order materials (if needed)
Deep clean (Monday 45 minutes)
● All tasks above but thoroughly
● Organize art counter or put away items that are not needed anymore (check with teachers if not sure)
● Spray and wipe all surfaces thoroughly including art counter

Yard (5-10 minutes)


● Gather any loose items/trash
● Gather any shoes
● Water plants
● Push sand (if needed)

Classroom (30 minutes)
