Hi Mr. Amit, am I speaking with you?
This is Zahid from Bhanzu, founded by the World’s Fastest Human Calculator,
Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash.
I’m the Senior Academic Counsellor for Aryan.
Before we move ahead, I just want your honest feedback — how was the demo class
experience?
(Handle positive or technical issue accordingly.)
Now just to understand better…
“Mr./Ms. <Parent Name>, I understand you registered after our webinar conducted in Aryans
School, correct?
WHAT IS MOTIVE BEHIND JOINING THE WEBINAR
The reason we conducted that session was to identify students who show learning potential
in mathematics — not just marks, but thinking ability.
From that interaction, we shortlisted students we felt could genuinely benefit from structured
training rather than regular tuition.”
What made you book this demo? Are you the one who booked this if not call that person
may b she is his/her mother
How is Aryan performing in Mathematics currently?
Is he confident or does he hesitate in problem-solving?
Who supports him at home?
Are you from a maths or teaching background?
Which school aryan is attending or enrolled in
(Respond and connect emotionally.)
I understand. Most parents come to us for either speed, confidence, or conceptual clarity.
That’s exactly what we build here.
Now i want quick interaction with Aryan for 2–3 minutes so I can create a personalised
improvement plan.
(To child — ask grade-based questions as discussed.)
(Ask according to grade)
For Grade 2–3:
What is 3 × 3?
What is multiplication?
What is 3 + 5?
What is addition?
For Grade 4–6:
Which is greater — 1/2 or 1/4?
What is a fraction?
(Then ask 1–2 basic questions)
If you have 8 chocolates and you give 3 to your friend, what fraction is left with you?
• What is 3/4 of 20?
If you want one more optional backup question (in case the child answers very quickly):
• Convert 1/2 into decimal.
For Grade 7–8:
What is 50% of 70?
What is percentage?
If a shirt costs ₹800 and there is a 10% discount, how much discount will you get?
• Convert 25% into a fraction.
• What is 20% of 150?
(Appreciate the child.)
Very good Aryan. I really liked your interaction and attention skills. You can relax now. I’ll
discuss your improvement plan with your parents.
(Back to parent)
By the way sir, Aryan received a 4.1 out of 5 rating in the demo — mainly because of his
interaction and focus level.
With this rating, he qualifies for our Special Potential Enrollment — SPE batch.
This batch is only for selected students. I’ll explain the exclusive benefits shortly. Let’s keep it
a surprise for now.
Before I begin explaining the roadmap, I need two small commitments from you:
First — your complete attention while I explain everything clearly.
Second — at the end of this meeting, I’ll need a clear decision from you whether you would
like to enrol Aryan or not, so I can secure his SPE seat.
Is that fair enough, sir?
(Wait for confirmation.)
Now let me explain the complete 18-month transformation roadmap.
The program has 150 live interactive classes.
Duration is 18 months.
We will cover his 2 grades of education, his current and coming grade
Classes happen twice a week.
And batch ratio will be 1:4 include like to like caliber like to like age group and grade group
And the timing will be for your geographical region SAUDI/QATAR/BEHREIN/KUWAIT/-
TIMING WEEKDAYS 2:30 PM TO 8:30PM
WEEKENDS 9:30 AM-8:30PM
UAE-3:30 TO 8:30 PM
WEEKENDS 10:30 AM - 8:30 PM
Each class is 50 minutes.
Now let me break it down into 3 structured blocks so you clearly understand the journey.
First comes Level 1.
Block 1 consists of 3 modules of 30 sessions completed in approximately 4 months.
The outcome of this stage is that your child becomes up to 4 times quicker at mental math.
And very importantly — we do not teach tricks, shortcuts, or calculator dependency.
Everything is organic, brain-based speed development.
We focus on number visualization, logical thinking, and brain-power enhancement.
Tables become automatic.
Arithmetic becomes intuitive.
Your child won’t struggle with speed — speed becomes natural.
Then comes Level 2.
Block 2 consists of 4.5 modules of 45 sessions completed in approximately 6 months.
This stage focuses on mastering academic concepts from and beyond.
But we don’t teach like traditional tuition.
We follow a “why-before-what” method.
First, the child understands why a concept works.
Then what the formula or method is.
Concepts are taught through real-life applications.
This builds deep conceptual clarity and long-term retention.
Then comes Level 3.
Leve; 3 consists of 7.5 Modules of 75 sessions completed in 10–12 months.
Real-World Application Explanation (Stronger Version)
“This is the stage where math stops being a school subject and starts becoming a life tool.
For example — in AI:
Students don’t code like engineers, but they understand how machines make decisions.
They train simple prediction models — like identifying patterns in scores, weather data, or
habits.
So instead of memorising formulas, they learn how logic drives technology.”
Finance & Money Decisions
“Children learn budgeting using real scenarios.
If they get ₹2,000 pocket money:
● How much can be saved monthly?
● How long to buy a ₹15,000 cycle?
● What happens if spending increases 10% every month?
They also understand interest — why ₹10,000 in a bank becomes ₹16,000 over time, and
why loans become dangerous if misunderstood.”
Business Thinking
“We simulate a small business.
The child decides:
● product cost
● selling price
● profit margin
● discount impact
They realise 20% discount doesn’t always mean loss — and 50% profit isn’t always real
profit.
This builds decision-making, not just calculation.”
STEM & Logical Reasoning
“In projects they apply math to:
● patterns in music beats
● symmetry in architecture
● probability in games
● data interpretation in sports statistics
So math becomes something they notice everywhere, not something they avoid in a
notebook.”
Close the Segment
“So by the end of this stage, the child doesn’t just solve sums —
they start understanding the world numerically.”
After every 10 classes we will provide 3 -4 worksheet and after every 15 classes we will
conduct ptm so you have good interaction with teacher
So overall:
First 4 months — speed transformation.
Next 6 months — academic mastery.
Final phase — real-world application and future readiness.
And honestly sir, the best gift you can give your child is not the answers — it’s the ability to
solve any problem on their own.
That’s exactly what we focus on here.
This is why Bhanzu is not tuition.
It’s structured brain development.
Once you enrol Aryan, it will take us maximum 15–20 days to align him in the batch and
start the classes. And also you will get a welcome call within 24-48 hrs
After that, if you feel it’s not aligned with your expectations, the refund policy applies as per
guidelines.
Now, just for transparency, let me quickly explain the refund policy.
There are two simple conditions.
Minimum 30 classes should be attended, and at least 80% attendance must be maintained.
Since this is a skill-based program, consistency is important to see real [Link]
Minimum 30 classes must be attended.
Minimum 80% attendance must be completed.
We believe in long-term commitment and real results.
Now coming back to the SPE benefits…
This is the part I had kept as a surprise for you.
Since Aryan qualifies for SPE, he will receive:
75 Free Brain Gym & Hobby Workshops Chess Mandala Art — conducted once every
weekend.
and along with that, Aryan will also get access to 20 Global Masterclasses, conducted by
Neelakantha Bhanu Prakash himself — once every month, in the form of exclusive live
webinars.
These are not recorded sessions.
Students get to directly learn from the World’s Fastest Human Calculator — how he thinks,
how he approaches numbers, and how he builds speed and accuracy at an international
level.
It’s more than just a class — it’s exposure to a world-class mathematical mindset.
Very few students get that opportunity.
Now sir, before I share the fee, I just want you to think about the value we discussed — the
18-month roadmap, the SPE benefits, and the long-term skill development.
Keeping that in mind, let me explain the complete fee structure.
(Pause. Then confidently reveal the fee.)
“Also, based on <Child Name>’s demo performance and interaction level, the student
qualified for our merit-based scholarship category.”
Now attach it to fee:
“The regular program fee is ₹7,200
Through the school partnership it comes to ₹5,500.
On top of that, <Child Name> has received a scholarship benefit.”
Pause.
“Which is why the final payable fee remains ₹5,500 — we’ve already applied the maximum
eligible concession.”
After they answer
If Fee
“Perfect — let’s quickly evaluate together so you can explain clearly at home.”
If Usefulness
“Fair — that’s actually the most important part. What doubt do you think they might raise?”
If Generic “just discuss”
“Sure — usually one parent handles academics while the other validates the decision.
From what we discussed so far, do you personally feel this will help <Child Name>?”
You are moving them from escape → opinion.
Bring Decision Back
“Would you like me to explain this once on a 3-way call so both of you can decide together?
It avoids confusion and saves your time.”
(You’re not postponing — you’re advancing.)
2️⃣ “Call me tomorrow”
This is a polite rejection unless controlled.
Step 1 — Clarify Reason
“Sure, I can. Just to be respectful of your time — should I call because you're busy right now
or because you need more clarity before deciding?”
If Busy
“Understood. This will take less than a minute — if it makes sense we proceed, if not I won’t
disturb you tomorrow.”
Now close quickly.
If “need time”
“Of course — decisions should be comfortable.
Before we disconnect, what part are you still unsure about?”
Now solve it immediately.
3️⃣ “Send details on WhatsApp”
Danger zone — 70% drop-off.
Response:
“I’ll definitely share the summary.
But just to ensure I send relevant information — what exactly would you like to review?
Curriculum, outcome, or fee justification?”
Then after explaining:
“I’ll send the recap now. Once you see it, should we confirm the seat today or tomorrow?”
You kept commitment.
4️⃣ “Too Expensive”
Don’t defend price.
Ask:
“Compared to what — tuition classes or skill programs?”
Then:
“Tuition improves marks temporarily.
This program improves thinking permanently.
Which outcome are you aiming for?”
Now price becomes secondary.
5️⃣ “Child is too young”
“Perfect — that’s actually when brain adaptability is highest.
After grade 7, students memorize math. Before that, they understand math.
We work in the understanding window.”
