pening Scene: A bright, cozy living room. Five friends—Alex, Mia, Sam, Jade, and Chris—are
sitting on a couch, looking a little stressed out.]

Adong: (rubbing temples) Ugh, this week has been brutal.

James: (nodding) Tell me about it. Work deadlines, errands, and don’t even get me started on
our research!

Clark: Guys, we need to de-stress. And I have just the thing: simple exercises that are quick,
fun, and effective.

Khym: (raising an eyebrow) I’m intrigued. Show us!

[Cut to Clark standing in the center of the room. The others gather around, curious.]

Clark: Alright, let’s do this together. First up, Shake It Out! It’s literally shaking the stress away.

Hillary: (laughing) Sounds like a dance party.

[Music starts. The group begins shaking their arms, legs, and shoulders in exaggerated, silly
movements. Everyone’s laughing.]

Clark: See? Simple, and it gets the blood flowing.

[Cut to everyone catching their breath, smiling.]

James: Okay, what’s next?

Clark: The Balloon Breathing Exercise. Pretend you’re blowing up a balloon. Inhale through
your nose, and exhale through your mouth, like this.

[Clark demonstrates. The group mimics, puffing their cheeks out.]

Khym: This actually feels nice.

Adong: And kinda funny.

[Quick montage of everyone doing the balloon breathing, ending with laughter.]

Clark: Now for The Desk Stretch, perfect for those long workdays. Stand up, clasp your hands
together, and stretch up high… like you’re reaching for the stars.

[The group follows, some groaning playfully.]

Hillary: I didn’t realize how stiff I was.

James: Right? I feel like I just grew an inch.

[Cut to everyone sitting back down, looking more relaxed.]

Khym: Got anything for mental stress?

Clark: Glad you asked! The Gratitude Flip. Everyone close your eyes and think of one thing
you’re grateful for.

[Quick shots of everyone smiling with their eyes closed.]

Adong: (opening eyes) I’m grateful for this group. Seriously, you guys make life better.

Hillary: (grinning) Same here. And pizza.

James: Of course, pizza.

[Everyone laughs.]

Clark: Last one, Laughter Yoga. Just start laughing, even if it feels fake. It’ll turn real.

[The group starts with fake laughs, which quickly turn into genuine, uncontrollable laughter.]

[Closing Scene: Everyone is lying on the floor, smiling and catching their breath.]

Khym: Okay, that was amazing. I feel so much better.

James: Me too. Who knew stress-busting could be so simple?

Adong: Or so fun?

Clark: Anytime you’re feeling overwhelmed, remember these exercises. Stress doesn’t stand a
chance!

[The group cheers and high-fives. The camera pans out as they relax and enjoy the moment. Text
appears on the screen: “Try these exercises and share them with your friends. Fight stress, one
laugh at a time!”]

[End Scene]
