of DVT ) before considering GERD,PUD, Billiary disease, pneumonia and
costochondritis, and history of accident and chest injury and pregnant mother's
presenting with signs of eclampsia such as epigastric pain, lower limb edema, high BP
whom I check and urinalyses

I am been diagnosing patients with UTI and they present with dysuria, low back pain,
frequent micturition some times vulval itching, PID with pelvis pain adnexial tenderness
abnormal discharge and dyspeurenia and spotting and manage them successfully, STI -
discharge-urethritis

I do diagnose patients with urine incontinence and retention especially elder men and
refer them for PSA test

I have been managing patients with RTA with minor injuries such as bruise and ones
with suspected fractures for x-ray and further management

I do screen patients especially over 40years for BP check up and do manage as clinical
guideline ,I also screen patients presenting with DM such as neuropathy, frequent
micturition , frequent hunger, excess thirst, loss of weight of others and blurred visions

I am developed relevant skills of clinical patient general physical examination head to


toe I relationship to the the patients presentations and working against time -precise

management preferably always request for x- ray first

I have been able to make clinical impression of acute abdominal pains ,ruling out

constipation and distending abdomen, appendicitis I with vomiting milfd fever and
Mcberneys point tenderness, cholecystitis with vomiting with positive Murphy's sign left
shoulder tip pains, Billiary colics with right hypochondria pain, Biliary obstruction
parented with jaundice and colic, I confirmed hepatitis the patient had jaundice anorexia

have been presenting with epigastric pburning, pricking heart burn and mild conjunctival

I have been diagnosing patients with abnormal vaginal discharge syndrome using
syndromic approach, contact partner tracing and encouraging those using condoms.

I able to clinical diagnosing patients with blood volume deficit (shock) with cold
extremities, rapid an feeble pulse and weak ,I manage patients with hypoglycemia-they
present with tachycardia, sweating ,weak and restless RBS less than 3mg/dl, manage
dehydrated patient with history of severe diarrhea, vomiting, dry tongue, sunken eyes,
