"Good morning/afternoon, ma'am. My name
is KH, and I'm a passionate physics educator
with a Master's degree in Physics and a
Bachelor's in Education (Physical Science).
With 2.5 years of teaching experience, I've
had the opportunity to teach physics to grade
11 and 12 students following the Indian
Curriculum, as well as tutor students in IGCSE
(grade 9-10) and IB curriculum (grade 11). My
teaching philosophy focuses on making
physics relevant and engaging by connecting
concepts to real-life applications, fostering
critical thinking and collaboration. In my
previous role, I'm proud to say that my
students achieved outstanding results, with 52
out of 170 students scoring above 90% and 37
students scoring above 80% in their grade 12
physics board exams. I'm excited to bring my
expertise and enthusiasm to a new role and
continue inspiring young minds.

"I'm driven to be a teacher because I've seen

students' lives during his 25-year teaching
career. He dedicated himself to education in
remote areas, inspiring me to follow in his
footsteps and continue his legacy. Teaching is
not just a profession for me, but a passion
that allows me to make a difference in the
lives of my students. When I'm in the
classroom, I'm fully present and focused on
my students' growth. I believe in building
strong relationships with my students by
actively listening to them and understanding
their unique perspectives and emotional
needs. This connection enables me to tailor
my teaching approach to meet their individual
needs, fostering a supportive and inclusive

I believe the most crucial qualities are cultural
sensitivity, adaptability, and a student-centred
teaching approach. As an international teacher,
you need to be able to relate to students from a
wide variety of cultural backgrounds and tailor
your teaching style accordingly. You also have to

based on the needs of your students. Most
importantly, you should be focused on helping
each student succeed rather than just adhering to
a one-size-fits-all curriculum."

My teaching philosophy is centred on creating
a dynamic, collaborative learning environment
that engages students and helps them
develop both academic and real-world skills. I
believe in using a variety of instructional
methods - including direct instruction, group
work, project-based learning, and technology
integration - to cater to different learning
styles. I also place a strong emphasis on
providing meaningful feedback and
supporting each student's individual growth
and progress. My ultimate goal is to not just
impart knowledge, but to inspire a love of
learning that will serve my students
throughout their lives."

My observations play an important role if I see
a problem my next step should be to explore
what could be the possible step to solve. i will
try to help the child to express his/her
problem by spending some time with child

and a good mentor to our child so that they

My way of motivating students is by positive
encouragement which can do wonders in my
experience. I prefer praising students even

The passion for my profession is undoubtedly
my greatest strength and to be very honest
my biggest weakness is I often take the
problems of my classroom to my home and
cannot get them out of my head.
