REFLECTION

LEARNING ACTION CELL (LAC)

As a participant in the IN-SERVICE TRAINING FOR TEACHERS (INSET), I observed

the Co-Chairman’s commitment to facilitating meaningful discussions and supporting the flow
of activities. She was consistent in ensuring that everyone had the opportunity to express their
ideas, which created a collaborative and respectful atmosphere. The Co-Chairman demonstrated
strong organizational skills, kept the discussions aligned with our objectives, and guided us in
linking our insights to actual classroom practices.

What I appreciated most was her ability to listen attentively and validate our
contributions, making us feel valued as part of the learning community. This encouraged
openness and made the sessions more productive. I also found the reminders and clarifications
provided very helpful in keeping us focused.

Moving forward, I encourage the Co-Chairman to continue exploring varied strategies to

engage all members actively, especially those who are less participative, as this will further
strengthen our collegiality. Overall, the Co-Chairman’s leadership greatly contributed to the
success of the LAC sessions and inspired us to reflect more deeply on our teaching practices.

Reflection Notes on Teaching Strategies –
Collaboration/Partnership Program
As a teacher, I have learned that collaboration and partnership play a vital role in improving
teaching strategies and learner outcomes. Through my participation in our collaboration and
partnership program, I was able to work closely with colleagues, parents, and community
stakeholders in designing and implementing activities that support learners’ needs.

By sharing ideas and strategies with my co-teachers, I gained new insights into effective,
research-based teaching approaches that cater to different learning styles. Our partnership with
parents and the community also provided valuable support in extending learning beyond the
classroom—helping learners apply their lessons in real-life situations.
This experience allowed me to reflect deeply on my teaching practices. I realized that open
communication, teamwork, and shared responsibility are essential in creating a more responsive
and inclusive learning environment. Through collaboration, I became more aware of how my
strategies can be improved and how learners benefit when education becomes a joint effort
among teachers, families, and the community.
