With reference to your Willingness and Negotiation, we are pleased to issue this work order on you for hiring 1 No. of
BOBCAT SKIDSTEER LOADER at our site for the Period of 5 years with the following Terms and Conditions.

Terms & Conditions


1. Loader Machine must be in new condition and all the Hour Meter should be in proper Working Condition.
2. Loader Machine should work at site minimum 30 days of 240 Hrs/Month (which ever is earliar) Extra
hours we will pay on pro rata basis. Loader Machine should be available at working site for 24 hours;
it will be utilized based upon the work front.
3. Diesel will be issued by our Scope. If diesel consumption exceeds the limit the same will
be recovered from your bill; Diesel will be issued on logbook records only.
4. If Loader Machine become idio due to breakdown amount will be deducted from your bill.
5. Operation, maintenance and repairing are under contractor's scope.
6. Billing Cycle is 30 days.
7. Food & Accomodation for operators would be given by our company. 8. Above Amount Excludes GST.
9. In working hours safety requirements should be followed strictly.
[Link] of Contract, if there is any disturbance towords Owners/Operator or any frequent
breakdown towords vehicles, we will terminate the contract at any time.
