Terms&Conditions
1) After completing or during construction if any changes required will be charged extra on
the nature of works involved with demolishing/reconstruction.
2) Other works than the specification will be executed on due payments there on.
3) For delays what so ever, caused by the Govt. or the loan sanctioning institutions, this
construction Authority will not be responsible.
4) Good quality Bricks, Sand, Cement, Iron and other related construction materials
available in the market on date only will be used for the completion of construction.
6) Staircase and Portico will also be accounted as a part of total Sft construction agree
7) While getting the key of the newly constructed houses as per the above specifications,
from the contractor, it is assured on my part all dues will be cleared in respect of the
said house construction.
8) Construction as per our drawing, If any changes in materials will be at extra cost and
approval on sole description of the Builders. Wastage Charge 10% to be charged for any
changes.
9) Due to safety reasons all customer or their representatives enter the construction site
only on prior written approval from the builder.
