After carefully reviewing the results ng sit-in program assessment, we would like to share po
that at this time, hin

di pa po na-meet ni __________ng requirements for inclusion in the program.

Sa academic aspect, we observed na may mga foundational skills pa na kailangan i-strengthen,


especially in following instructions consistently, completing tasks independently, and
maintaining focus during activities. Nakikita naman po namin ang potential niya, pero kailangan
pa ng additional support para maging fully ready siya sa expectations ng sit-in class. (READ
PAPER EVALUATION)

Sa behavioral aspect, napansin din po namin na minsan kailangan pa niya ng guidance in


following classroom routines, staying seated and attentive, and responding appropriately to
corrections or transitions. Importante po kasi ang mga skills na ito sa regular or sit-in setting
where students are expected to be more independent. (READ PAPER EVALUATION)

Gusto po naming ipaintindi na this decision does not define your child’s ability or future. Every
child develops at their own pace. Ang goal po natin is to make sure that when __________ joins
the sit-in program, ready siya academically and behaviorally so that he/she can succeed and not
feel overwhelmed.

We are committed po to working closely with you para matulungan siya mag-improve. With
continued practice, guidance, and teamwork between home and school, we believe na kaya
niya itong ma-achieve in time.
