Program Overview:
Duration: 1 Month (Monday–Friday)
Daily Schedule: 60 Minutes
Key Goal: To reduce "elopement" (wandering) risks, build sitting tolerance, and master basic Kinder skills.
Overall Objectives:
- Develop understanding of the lesson topic.
- Improve listening and participation skills.
- Strengthen fine motor and task completion skills.
Daily 60-Minute Routine
To provide a sense of security, every day follows this structure:
1. Circle Time (10 mins): Calendar, Weather, and "The Morning Song."
2. Core Lesson (20 mins): Direct instruction (Literacy or Numeracy).
3. Active Practice (20 mins): Hands-on activity/Worksheets.
4. Assessment & Wrap-up (10 mins): Quick check and "Star of the Day."

For the Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC), you will track:
Sitting Tolerance: Measured in minutes (Start of Month vs. End of Month).
Instructional Following: Number of prompts needed to complete a task (Physical prompt -> Visual prompt
-> Verbal prompt).
Safety Compliance: How many times they attempted to leave the gate/classroom.
GRADE 2 PAID TUTORIAL PROGRAM
Program Overview: The Step-Up Studio
Duration: 1 Month (20 Sessions)
Target: Grade 2 Students (Ages 7–8)
Format: 60-Minute Daily Session
Core Objectives: Build "Desk Stamina," improve reading comprehension, and master multi-step classroom
transitions.
Grade 2 requires more independence than Kinder. The hour is split into "Learning Blocks":
1. The "Morning Meeting" (10 mins): Reviewing the agenda and a "Social-Emotional" check-in.
2. Instructional Block (25 mins): Focused Literacy or Numeracy lesson.
