Day Workout Diet Highlights

Breakfast: Rotis + dal


Lunch: Rice + dal/soy
Snack: Milk + bananas
Day 1 – Push Push-ups, Pike Push-ups, Dips, Shoulder taps Dinner: Paneer/soy sabzi
