1. Write any two objective of design thinking.

 To understand real user needs instead of assumptions or

predefined solutions.
 To define the right problem clearly before building solutions.

2. What is brainstorm with example.

Definition: Brainstorming is a group idea-generation technique
where participants freely express ideas without criticism. The
aim is to produce as many ideas as possible.
Example: Employees and Brainstorming: Employees interact daily
with processes and customers and may generate practical ideas.

3. What is mind-mapping. (Example)

Definition: Mind mapping is a visual technique that represents
ideas around a central concept. It uses keywords, branches,
diagrams, and colors to connect related ideas.
Example: It helps in organizing information, exploring
relationships, and stimulating creativity.

4. What is SCAMPER technique (Example)

Definition: SCAMPER is a checklist-based technique used for
improving or modifying existing products or ideas. It stands for:
S - Substitute, C- Combine, A - Adapt, M-Modify, P - Put to
another use, E - Eliminate, R - Rearrange/Reverse.
Example: It encourages thinking in different directions to
develop new solutions.

5. Write the purpose of 6 thinking hat technique.

Six Thinking Hats: This technique encourages looking at a
problem from six different perspectives represented by colored
hats:
• White: Facts and information
• Red: Emotions and intuition
• Black: Risks and negative points
• Yellow: Benefits and positives
• Green: Creativity and new ideas
• Blue: Control and process management.
This method improves decision-making by removing confusion and
focusing on one angle at a time.
6. What happen in the emphasize stage.
In this stage, designers understand users' needs, feelings,
emotions, and problems. They use interviews, observations,
surveys, and real-life interactions to gain deep insight into the
user's experience.
7. Write down the diff between creativity, invention and
innovation.

 Creativity: Ability to think of new and original ideas.

 Invention: Creation of a new product or process.
 Innovation: Application of ideas or inventions in practical use.

8. Mention any two barrier creativity.

and low risk.
 Radical (Disruptive) Innovation: Major breakthrough
transforming existing markets and industries. It creates
something entirely new and changes customer behavior.

11. Name any five creativity thinking tools.

 SCAMPER.
 Mind Mapping.
 Design Thinking.
 Lateral Thinking.
 Brainstorming.
12. What is wicked problem.
A wicked problem is a complex, ill-structured problem that is
difficult to define clearly and has no single correct or final
solution. Such problems involve many interconnected factors and
