The document outlines a requirement for a motor planetary gearbox with a 16 mm shaft diameter, coupled to an electromagnetic clutch. The setup should accommodate a universal axle shaft with translational splines and handle a torque of 250 N-m at a required RPM of 80-100. Additionally, the requester seeks the smallest electromagnetic clutch available and inquires about clutches that include a brake feature.

Motor+ planetary gearbox

electromagnetic clutch

So my requirement is basically of this type and the gearbox shaft diameter is 16 mm and it will be
coupled with the clutch. in the other side of the clutch I want to attach universal axle shaft with
translational splines. And my torque at gearbox shaft is around 250 N-m.

The required rpm is 80-100.

The length x shown in figure is the allowable thickness to accommodate the clutch assembly.

So I want the smallest electromagnetic.

And are there any clutches with brake.
