Note-
 Use coloured A-4 sheets. You may use the ruled
ones. Do not use the letter writing pages.
 Headings (topics and Sub-topics) should be bold and
clear.
 Arrange your content in such a manner that every
page looks symmetrical and every new heading or
sub-topic should start from the new page.
 Avoid overwriting, cutting and use of correction pens
(whiteners).
 Put pictures, maps, flags, emblem images, graphical
data, survey report, newspaper, or magazine
journals.
 Every picture should be pasted neatly and should
have a caption.
 Try using ecofriendly materials.
