EPC – Electronic Part Catalogue | User Guide

1. Login Page – Enter your User ID, Password, and the Captcha code, then click "Submit."
You will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to log in to the
portal.

2. Home Page – Various categories of vehicles, such as scooters, bikes, and others, can be
listed and displayed on the homepage for easy access.

3. Model Search – Enter the Model in the search bar and click the "Search" button. Select
the appropriate Model, Variant, and Category (Engine/Frame) from the results.

Once the desired category is selected, the corresponding parts will be displayed.

On clicking the desired part, a list of corresponding components will appear. Select the
required components and click the "Add to Cart" option.

The selected parts and the specified quantities will be added to the cart.

Click on FRT to learn the labour cost for replacing the part. 1 is equal to Rs160, and
accordingly, the cost is to be calculated.

4. Figure Search – Click the figure of the appropriate Model.

Select the appropriate Model/Variant.

Select the required Category (Engine/Frame) from the results.

Once the desired category is selected, the corresponding parts will be displayed.

On clicking the desired part, a list of corresponding components will appear. Select the
required components and click the "Add to Cart" option.

5. VIN Search – Enter the VIN Number and click on validate to search the parts basis the VIN
number.

6. Part Search – Enter the Model, Variant, Part Number, Colour etc. and click on Search
button to get the list of available parts.

7. Favourites – Users can add favourites by selecting the required Vehicle/Model/Variant/


Category/Components.

8. Accessories – In addition to parts, items such as accessories, merchandise, service kits,


engine oil, special tools, batteries, consumables, and manuals can also be added.

Click the relevant Model and variant to get the list of available accessories.

Order and Inventory Management Tool

1. Place a New Order –

Navigate to the Purchase Order Tab. Select New in the PO Status dropdown menu to create
new purchase orders. Choose the appropriate vendor based on the product category like
Ceat for Tyres, or Exide for Batteries.

Select the parts from the list to be ordered and submit the order.

2. Check the status of an existing order –

Navigate to the Purchase Order Tab. Click on Query and then go. A list of all the existing Pos
will be displayed. Click on the PO number to get the details.

Click on the Purchase Order tab and then the Query button. Click Go to execute the query.

A list of all existing purchase orders will be displayed. Locate the desired PO from the list.

Click on the PO Number to view its detailed information.

The current status of the PO will be displayed like in process, shipped, delivered etc.

3. Check Part Inventory –

Navigate to the Part Browser option within the system. Input the specific Part Number
for the product you want to check. Click on the Go button to perform the search.

The system will display detailed information about the part, including MRP, Quantity
(Available inventory) and Location (Where the part is stored or lying). This process helps
efficiently manage product inventory and pricing.

4. Authorization –

In the Authorization option, the Dealer Code and its current Status are displayed. The
screen also provides the Credit Limit and Available Funds.

5. Accounts – In this option, new branches/locations can be added.
