Leisure Time
1. What do you like to do to relax in your free time?
- In my free time I usually listen to music, read books and do my house work. The type of music
that I love is baroque music without lyrics, whenever I was stressed it help me relax my mind. I
often read detective and psychological books such as Criminal Minds or “Genius on the left,
madman on the right”, sometimes I also read comic books.
2. What is your idea of a perfect weekend?
- I think a perfect weekend that we have a joyful day. We can do anything that we want like go to
the picnic, go fishing, camping or traveling with our family, friends. Or more simple that we
need a deeply and comfortable sleeping to recover our energy after a stressful week.
3. Do you prefer to watch TV or go to the cinema?
-I prefer watch tv than go to the cinema, because when I stay at home I just feel free and
comfortable. It’s not only you can enjoy with your family, your lover but also you do not need to
pay any costs. You might imagine that if you lie in a soft bed with a great movie and beside is a
glass of juice and a delicous food, it so very fantastic.
4. What forms of entertainment exist in the area where you live?
-In my area, it’s is a small town so there isn’t many kinds of entertainment. Here are some forms
of it, just only one cinema, theatre, museum and some parks… furthermore it also has a lot of
coffee shop and mall.

• when and where you first played or saw it and explain why you like it.
- I usually play badminton in the park near my house or in a sports hall. This is a very
enjoyable sport that can be played with friends or family. It helps me stay fit, improve my
reflexes, and especially relieve stress after long hours of studying or working.
- I like badminton because it is not only a sport that enhances physical fitness but also
requires strategy and skill.

1. What would the ideal job for you be, and why?
- My ideal job would be working as a software engineer because I love technology and problem-
solving. I enjoy creating applications that can help people in their daily lives. Also, this job
offers good career growth and opportunities to work remotely, which gives me flexibility.
2. How easy is it to get a job in your country?
- It depends on the field. In-demand industries like IT, healthcare, and finance offer many job
opportunities, but for fresh graduates, getting a job can be quite challenging due to high
competition. Networking and gaining experience through internships are very important.
3. What are the typical working hours in your country?
- In my country, the typical working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
However, some jobs require employees to work overtime, especially in the corporate and
technology sectors. There are also flexible working arrangements for certain professions.
4. How do people in your country like to relax when they’re not working?
- People in my country relax in different ways. Some enjoy watching movies, playing sports, or
going to coffee shops with friends. Others prefer outdoor activities like hiking or traveling to
nearby tourist destinations. Recently, online gaming and social media have also become popular
ways to unwind.

Describe a time when you got into trouble, either at school or at home.
1. Why you got into trouble?
- I remember a time when I got into trouble at school for forgetting to do my homework. I was
busy playing video games the night before and completely forgot about my assignment. The next
day, when the teacher asked for the homework, I had nothing to submit.
2. If you were punished for what you did?
- Yes, my teacher was very disappointed and gave me a warning. She asked me to complete the
assignment and submit it the next day. Also, I had to stay after school for an extra hour to review
the lesson.
3. How getting into trouble affected you?
- That experience taught me an important lesson about responsibility. After that, I started
managing my time better and making sure to complete my homework before doing anything
else. It also made me realize that education is important, and I should take it more seriously.
PART 3 (4-5 minutes)
Crime
1. What sort of crimes are common where you live?
- In my area, the most common crimes are petty theft, fraud, and traffic violations. Pickpocketing
and online scams have also become more frequent due to the rise of technology. While serious
crimes like violent assaults and murders are rare, they do happen occasionally.
2. What do you think makes people commit serious crimes?
- There are several reasons why people commit serious crimes. Poverty and lack of education can
push individuals into criminal activities as a means of survival. Additionally, drug addiction and
mental health issues can also play a role. Some people turn to crime due to peer pressure or a
desire for power and wealth.
3. Do you think that some forms of entertainment, such as video games, promote violence?
- I believe it depends on the individual. While some violent video games may influence
aggressive behavior in certain people, most players can separate fiction from reality. Studies
show that video games alone do not cause violence, but excessive exposure combined with other
factors like a troubled environment can contribute to violent tendencies.
Punishing Law Breakers
4. Do people who break the law in your country receive the correct punishment?
- In general, the legal system tries to ensure fair punishment, but there are cases where penalties
are too harsh or too lenient. Minor offenses sometimes receive severe punishments, while some
serious criminals manage to escape justice due to corruption or legal loopholes.
5. Is the death penalty ever acceptable?
- This is a controversial topic. Some people believe the death penalty is necessary for the most
serious crimes, such as murder, to serve as a deterrent. Others argue that it is inhumane and that
wrongful executions can occur. Personally, I think life imprisonment is a better alternative
because it allows for the possibility of rehabilitation.
6. Are there any alternatives to putting someone in jail?
- Yes, there are several alternatives depending on the crime. Community service, rehabilitation
programs, and house arrest can be effective for minor offenses. For young offenders, education
and counseling may help them reintegrate into society. The goal should be to prevent repeat
offenses while giving people a chance to change.
