OBJECTIVE:
At the end of this activity, the students should be able to:
1. Demonstrate mastery of Good Manners and Right Conduct (GMRC) concepts through
accurate and meaningful group reporting.
2. Design and utilize instructional materials that support values education for elementary
learners.
3. Apply appropriate teaching strategies through formative assessment and classroom
activities.
4. Develop collaboration, leadership, and professionalism essential for future educators.
5. Integrate moral values and ethical behavior into lesson planning and classroom
interaction.

WHY THIS GROUP REPORTING IS IMPORTANT FOR FUTURE EDUCATORS?
This group reporting is designed to simulate a real classroom teaching experience. As
future educators, students must learn not only the content of Good Manners and Right Conduct,
but also how to teach values effectively.
Through this activity, students will:
• Practice lesson delivery and classroom management
• Experience creating instructional materials
• Learn how to assess learning through formative tools
• Design values-based activities
• Develop teamwork and professional communication

Good Manners and Right Conduct is not just a subject—it is a foundation of character
formation, and teachers play the most important role in modeling and teaching these values.
GROUP REPORTING INSTRUCTIONS:
Each group will serve as the teacher during their assigned reporting schedule. Each group
is required to prepare the following:
1. Visual / Instructional Materials
Each group must create teaching aids during their reporting day, such as:
• Charts, Posters, Flashcards, Visual organizers, Infographics, Interactive board
materials, etc.
These must be used while teaching.
2. Formative Assessment
Each group must conduct a formative assessment to check understanding. This may
include:
• Short quizzes, Oral questioning, Matching or identification activities, Exit slips, Games
with questions, etc.
The type of assessment should be appropriate to the topic.
3. Activity
Each group must facilitate an engaging learning activity, such as:
• Role-playing, Group games, Story-based activities, Value-sorting tasks, Situational
problem solving, etc.
The activity must be aligned with the topic.
NOTE: To ensure fairness, objectivity, and professional classroom practice, each group must provide a
RUBRIC for their Formative Assessment and Activity.
This means:
Each group is required to prepare two (2) separate rubrics:
1. Assessment Rubric – This will be used to score learners’ performance in the formative
assessment (quiz, game, oral test, etc.).
2. Activity Rubric – This will be used to score learners’ participation and output in the
learning activity.
4. Soft Copy Module
Each group must submit a module based on their assigned topic using the prescribed
format (see the attached sample file).
