INTRODUCTION
OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT
• Enhancement:
The main objective of TWO WHEELER SHOWROOM Project is to enhance and
upgrade the existing system by increasing its efficiency and effectiveness. The software
improves the working methods by replacing the existing manual system with the computer-
based system. Automation:
The TWO WHEELER SHOWROOM Project automates each and every activity of the
manual system and increases its throughput. Thus the response time of the system is very less
and it works very fast.
• Accuracy:
The TWO WHEELER SHOWROOM Project provides the uses a quick response with
very accurate information regarding the users etc. Any details or system in an accurate
manner, as and when required. User-Friendly:
The software TWO WHEELER SHOWROOM Project has a very user-friendly
interface. Thus the users will feel very easy to work on it. The software provides accuracy
along with a pleasant interface. Make the present manual system more interactive, speedy and
user friendly. Availability:
The transaction reports of the system can be retried as and when required. Thus, there
is no delay in the availability of any information, whatever needed, can be captured very
quickly and easily.
• Maintenance Cost : Reduce the cost of maintenance.

NUMBER OF MODULES AND ITS DESCRIPTION
Generally this project is divided into eight main Modules.
• Login Module
• Customer Module
• Employee Module
• Enquiry Module
• Purchase Module
• Sales Module
• Print Module
• Logout Module
Login Module : This module is just an entry point, through which any user/employee can
log into the system and can operate on the system provided they know the
Administrator name and password. In order to log into the system, user/employee has
to type the Administrator name and password in the field provided.
Customer Module : In this module, customer details (i.e Name, Address, Mobile Number,
Email, etc.) and kind of vehicle that they have booked along with the booking amount paid etc
are maintained. We can easily view/update the customer table.
Employee Module : In this module, Employee details (i.e Name, Date of birth, Gender, Address,
Mobile Number, city, Email, pincode etc.) We can easily view/update the customer table.
Employees module is used to list, edit, add and search employees in our shop. we can use the
search box to search employees by ID, name or department. Also you can use filter button to
filter employees by job title, department or Post.

Enquiry Module : In this module, Enquiry details (i.e Vehicle Name, Company, Budget,
Customer Name, Mobile Number, Profession of customer etc.) We can easily view/update the
Enquiry table.
Enquiry module is used to list, edit, add and search vehicle Enquiry in our showroom. we can use
the search box to search enquiry by Vehicle Name.
Purchase Module : The details of the transactions made with the suppliers are recorded in
this module. When the vehicle are purchased and stored the stock gets automatically
updated.
Sales Module : The out flow of goods (vehicle) from the Stock are recorded in this
module. When we sale the vehicle from store and enter their details, it will automatically
deduct the Stock value and so the Stock gets updated. We can view sales details. We can
print the bills for customer when sales are made.
Print Module : Bill Print.
Logout Module :logout

REPORTS (OUTPUT)
Customer details report: The details of the customer will be displayed.
Employee details report: The details of the employees will be displayed.
Purchase Report: The details of daily purchase report will be displayed.
Sales Report: The details of daily sales report will be displayed.
