SITUATIONER/RATIONALE:

The Covid-19 pandemic had a significant impact on the global educational


system, affecting the lives of students. The PDAO Office will provide
Schools Supplies for SPED students in order to inspire, motivate and help
the pupils and parents overcome difficulties as a Persons with
Disabilities. As a result, the project “Gamit Eskwela” will be great
assistance to the SPED students.

This project focuses on providing schools supplies to 90 PWD students of


SPED Center San Fernando City La Union who can receive schools
supplies from the City Government as their major need for education.

OBJECTIVES:

This project aims to assist the start of school by providing school supplies
to SPED students, who will then be inspired to continue learning and
emphasized the meaning of education as a key to success.

SUCCESS INDICATORS:
- SPED students will receive a Drawing String Bag w/ print containing
notebook(writing/ordinary), pad paper, pencil, ballpen, eraser,
sharpener, crayon, glue, and colored paper.
- Emphasize the meaning of education is the key to success.
