Day 9 | Rome with Vatican City
Following breakfast, embark on a journey to the historic city of Rome, known as the cradle of ancient
civilization. Begin our day by making a wish at the Trevi Fountain, a grand Baroque masterpiece designed by
the legendary Italian architect Nicola Salvi. Explore the iconic Colosseum from outside, the largest ancient
amphitheatre ever built, where epic contests once unfolded in the time of gladiators.
Drive past significant Roman monuments, including the Temples of Saturn, Concorde, the Arch of Augustus,
and more. The climax of our journey culminates with a visit to Vatican City, the world's tiniest sovereign state,
