COMPLETE MATHEMATICS FORMULA

HANDBOOK (Clean Version)

1) Basic Trigonometric Identities

sin²x + cos²x = 1

1 + tan²x = sec²x

1 + cot²x = csc²x

tan x = sin x / cos x

cot x = cos x / sin x

sec x = 1 / cos x

csc x = 1 / sin x

2) Addition & Subtraction Formulas

sin(A + B) = sinA cosB + cosA sinB

sin(A − B) = sinA cosB − cosA sinB

cos(A + B) = cosA cosB − sinA sinB

cos(A − B) = cosA cosB + sinA sinB

tan(A + B) = (tanA + tanB) / (1 − tanA tanB)

tan(A − B) = (tanA − tanB) / (1 + tanA tanB)

3) Double Angle Formulas

sin2x = 2 sinx cosx

cos2x = cos²x − sin²x

cos2x = 1 − 2sin²x

cos2x = 2cos²x − 1

tan2x = 2tanx / (1 − tan²x)

4) Derivatives

d/dx (x■) = n x■■¹

d/dx (sin x) = cos x

d/dx (cos x) = −sin x

d/dx (tan x) = sec²x

d/dx (cot x) = −csc²x

d/dx (sec x) = sec x tan x

d/dx (csc x) = −csc x cot x

d/dx (e■) = e■

d/dx (a■) = a■ ln a

d/dx (ln x) = 1/x

d/dx (sin■¹x) = 1 / √(1 − x²)

d/dx (cos■¹x) = −1 / √(1 − x²)

d/dx (tan■¹x) = 1 / (1 + x²)

d/dx (cot■¹x) = −1 / (1 + x²)

Product Rule:

d/dx (uv) = u dv/dx + v du/dx

5) Standard Integrals

∫ x■ dx = x■■¹/(n+1) + C

∫ sin x dx = −cos x + C

∫ cos x dx = sin x + C

∫ sec²x dx = tan x + C

∫ csc²x dx = −cot x + C

∫ e■ dx = e■ + C

∫ a■ dx = a■ / ln a + C

∫ dx/(a² + x²) = (1/a) tan■¹(x/a) + C

∫ dx/√(a² − x²) = sin■¹(x/a) + C

∫ dx/(x² − a²) = (1/2a) ln |(x − a)/(x + a)| + C

∫ dx/√(x² + a²) = ln |x + √(x² + a²)| + C

Integration by Parts:

∫ u dv = uv − ∫ v du

6) Important Algebra Formulas

(a + b)² = a² + 2ab + b²

(a − b)² = a² − 2ab + b²

a² − b² = (a − b)(a + b)

(a + b)³ = a³ + 3a²b + 3ab² + b³

a³ − b³ = (a − b)(a² + ab + b²)

7) Important Limits

lim (sin x)/x = 1 as x → 0

lim (1 + 1/n)■ = e as n → ∞

lim (1 + x)^(1/x) = e as x → 0
