About the Role
We are looking for a senior full-stack Java web developer to join our
growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing,
developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You
will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers
to build scalable and reliable applications.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with product owners and own the delivery of the
product releases and customer implementations
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java
Spring Boot Microservices, Create and Maintain RESTful APIs, Azure
Cloud platform
Write and maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement the
business requirements in a timely manner
Perform code reviews and ensure best coding practices
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance
Face process audits
Participate in system design and architecture discussions
Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes
Candidate should be open to work in any shift
Lead and review development team delivery with quality and
schedule adherence.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong proficiency in product lifecycle design and development
using Java, Spring boot, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Angular, [Link],
Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines and automation using
Bitbucket/git/Maven
Experience with responsive UI/UX design and development
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP
concepts
Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL such as MySQL, PostgreSQL,
MongoDB)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, GitHub)
Third-party and customer app integrations like payment gateways,
messaging etc.
Understanding of REST APIs / Microservices architecture
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Understanding and past implementation experience of regulations
and compliance standards like SOC and ISO270001
Effective communication and presentation skills
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
Knowledge of DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Monitoring)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience in performance tuning and security best practices
Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science engineering, or
related field
