The Grand Assembly of Disney
Realms and Kingdoms
Agenda: The Future of the Magic: Empowering New Heroes and Heroines
Letter from the Chair
Dear Delegates, Welcome to the Grand Assembly of Disney Realms and Kingdoms!
This council is unlike any other — for here, heroes, heroines, and even those with
darker pasts gather to decide the future of our worlds. Your voices matter, your
choices shape destiny, and together we will decide how the magic is passed to the
next generation.
A Short History of the Disney Realms
Long ago, the lands of Disney were separate, each ruled by their own heroes and
heroines. They faced storms, curses, battles, and dangerous villains — but through
courage, friendship, and magic, they always found a way to restore peace. • The Pride
Lands were saved when Simba defeated Scar and brought harmony back to the
animals.
• Agrabah saw freedom when Aladdin, with the help of Jasmine and the Genie,
stopped Jafar’s evil plans.
• Atlantica became safe after Ariel stopped Ursula and united the sea with the land.
• Motunui was restored when Moana returned the heart of Te Fiti and healed the
ocean.
• Arendelle found peace when Elsa learned to control her ice powers and protect her
people.
• Many villains like Kovu and Maleficent have since changed their ways — but not
everyone trusts them yet.

The Current Situation
The leaders of every realm have gathered in the Great Hall of Magic for an important
decision.
• The New Heroes want to start leading and using magic to protect everyone.
• The Older Leaders believe more training and guidance are needed.
• The Reformed Villains ask for trust and a place at the council table.
Everyone agrees that the realms must stay united — but they do not agree on how to
prepare for the future. This is where you, the delegates, will decide.
Moderated Caucus Topics
1. Training the Next Generation – How should young heroes be prepared to use
magic and take on leadership roles?
2. Sharing Magic Safely – Should magic be given to all who wish to learn, or only to
those who prove they can handle it responsibly?

• Does your character trust the young heroes to lead now?
• Would your character want everyone to learn magic, or keep it limited?
