House hold, R/[Link].4-38, [Link], Gundla Pochampally Village, Medchal
Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District – 500 014 (T.S.) do hereby solemnly affirm
and state on Oath as follows:
1) I am the Petitioner in this I.A. and also Petitioner in the above I.A. and
Plaintiff in the main suit as such well acquainted with the facts of the Case.
2) I submit that I filed the above suit against the Respondents/Defendants
herein for Partition, Declaration to declare the impugned Registered Sale Deed
[Link].838 of 1994 as Null and void and not binding on me and also for
Perpetual Injunction restraining the Respondents/Defendant No.2 to 5 from
interfering with my peaceful possession and enjoyment of my share of land
[Link].0-07½ Guntas in [Link].346, (Presently [Link].346/2/E), situated at
Gundla Pochampally Village, Medchal Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District in any
manner.
3) I submit that the Respondent No.1 and 2 others executed impugned
Registered Sale Deed [Link].838 of 1994 Dt.07-02-1994 in favour of

Respondent No.2 to 5 in respect of total land [Link].0-30 Guntas in [Link].346,
wherein I am having my respective share of land.
4) I submit that in the above suit, I have also filed the above I.A. for grant of
Ad-Interim Injunction Order in my favour, restraining the Respondent No.2 to 5,
their agents, henchmen, or any other person or persons claiming through or
under them from interfering with my peaceful possession and enjoyment of my
share of land in the Petition Schedule Property. In the said I.A. this Hon’ble Court
was pleased to order Urgent Notice to the Respondent and the said I.A. stands
posted to 13-08-2025.
4) I further submit that taking advantage of no injunction order in the above
I.A. and taking advantage of long date posting, the Respondent No.2 to 5 along
with their henchmen, are trying to change the nature of the Suit Schedule
Property with an intention to grab the Suit Schedule Property, therefore it is just
and necessary that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to advance the date of
hearing of the above I.A. from 13-08-2025 to today or any other nearest date as
per the convenience of this Hon’ble Court for hearing of the above I.A.
I pray that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to advance the date of
