 Disconnect / Isolate
 Open wet or drain line
 Close the drain line then after fill the water.
 Fill the water then supply stream 24 hrs boiling then drain the water then dry
boiler.
 Pre cleaning inspection
 Internal cleaning through worker
 Diamester pad
 This is type of separator like a filter if diamester pad is available then we check the
diamester pad was replaceable , repair or damage.
 Post cleaning inspection checked by client man hole box up.
 Like nut bolt gas cut / hydro test , pneumatic test

 There can be dangerous damage to the eye.
 The skin can burn.
 The lungs and windpipe may burn.

 What to do in case of inhalation NAOH
 Drink water , milk and juice.
 Eye wash consistently 20 min.
 Wash skin with soap 20 min.
 Bring in fresh air.

exposure weakness , coughing laboured breathing.
