WHAT DOES DATA SOLUTIONS (DS) DO?
Primary purpose of the Data Solutions (DS) function is to develop and implement customized solutions
for GrapheneAI’s strategic clients and, where required, support in-house product solutions.
Reporting to the Solutions Manager, the Data Solutions Analyst will serve as the data gatekeeper
between the Business Solutions and Delivery teams, translating stakeholder requirements into
actionable KPIs. The role is responsible for overseeing the accuracy, quality, and progress of solution
implementation, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
The Data Solutions Analyst will be involved throughout the end-to-end solution lifecycle from
understanding business requirements to contributing to final solution delivery. Key responsibilities
include developing a deep understanding of the data; performing data validation and transformation;
recommending and building appropriate metrics and visualizations; enhancing automation capabilities;
generating reports; and collaborating closely with the management team to support decision-making.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO
• Implement new solutions and manage ongoing project execution, ensuring strict
adherence to timelines and deliverables.
• Develop a thorough understanding of project requirements and translate business needs
into clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Solutions and Delivery teams to define business and technical
requirements and implement required project features.
• Create clear, comprehensive documentation that is accessible to both business and
technical stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify effective, mutually beneficial solutions to both technical
and non-technical challenges.
• Define and implement data validation criteria and data transformation logic across project
datasets.
• Design and enhance automation processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Deliver accurate and insightful reports and dashboards to support project objectives.
• Effectively manage expectations and communication across multiple stakeholders.
• Recruit and manage analysts if required.

WHO YOU ARE
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Technology;
specialization in Data/ Business Analytics is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in IT as a Data Analyst, Data Quality Assurance (QC), or related
role.
• Proven experience working with large datasets and handling data challenges.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills; able to dive deep into
problems and propose solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong working knowledge of Python and SQL.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Skilled at creating and maintaining clear, comprehensive documentation.
• Strong time management skills and a continuous drive for improvement.
• Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
