SELF REFLECTION

WEEK 1 :
This lesson helped me understand what
democratic practices are and why they are important
in our daily lives. I learned that democracy is not only
about voting, but also about listening to others,
sharing opinions, and respecting different views. It
showed me that every person in a community has a
voice and a role, especially when making decisions
that affect everyone.
I also realized that democratic practices help
create fairness and unity in society. When people are
allowed to participate and express their ideas,
problems can be solved in a peaceful way. This
lesson made me think about how cooperation,
respect, and responsibility are important in school,
family, and community situations.
Overall, this lesson taught me to be more aware of
my rights and duties as a student and as a member
of the community. It encouraged me to speak up
respectfully, listen to others, and take part in activities
that help improve our society. I believe that practicing
democracy in small ways can lead to positive change.

WEEK 2 :
This lesson helped me understand what political
and social institutions are and how they affect our
daily lives. I learned that these institutions, like the
government, school, family, and church, have
important roles in guiding people and maintaining
order in society. They help provide rules, services, and
support that people need to live peacefully and safely.
I also realized that assessing these institutions is
important because not all systems work perfectly. By
looking at their strengths and weaknesses, we can
understand what needs improvement. This lesson
made me more aware that citizens should not just
follow rules, but also think, observe, and give opinions
in a respectful way when something is not working
well.
Overall, this lesson taught me to be more
responsible and aware as a member of society. It
encouraged me to understand how institutions shape
our lives and how my actions and choices can also
affect others. I learned that small awareness can help
create positive changes in the community.

WEEK 3 :
This lesson about enabling and inhibiting digital
technology helped me understand that technology does not
automatically improve our lives it depends on how it is
supported or limited by different factors. I learned that
enabling factors such as access to the internet, proper
education, government support, and technological
infrastructure allow digital technology to grow and benefit
society. At the same time, inhibiting factors like lack of
resources, poor connectivity, high costs, and limited digital
skills can slow down progress and create inequality among
people.

Through this lesson, I realized how important digital

literacy is in today’s world. It made me reflect on how
fortunate I am to have access to technology for learning and
communication. However, I also became more aware that
not everyone has the same opportunities. This made me
think about the responsibility

Overall, this lesson opened my eyes to the different forces

that shape technological development. It encouraged me to
appreciate innovation while also recognizing the challenges
that come with it. I now have a better understanding that
technology is powerful, but its impact depends on how
society enables or limits its growth.

WEEK 4 :
This lesson on social relations and political movements helped
me understand how people connect, influence one another, and work
together to create change in society. I learned that social
relationships are not just about friendships or family ties, but also
about how groups of people unite because of shared beliefs, goals,
or concerns. Political movements often begin when individuals
recognize social issues and decide to take action to address them.
This made me realize how powerful collective action can be in
shaping communities and even entire nations.

As I reflected on the lesson, I became more aware of how social

media and modern communication play a big role in organizing and
spreading political movements today. It made me think about how
young people like me can be influenced by what we see online, and
how important it is to think critically before supporting or sharing
information. I also understood that active participation, responsibility,
and respect for different opinions are important in maintaining
healthy social relationships.

without bias, while social networks focus on the real interactions and
influence among people. This made me realize that being part of a
network comes with both advantages and responsibilities.

As I reflected on the lesson, I became more aware of how social

networks affect my daily life, especially through social media and
online communities. The people I interact with can influence my
thoughts, decisions, and perspectives. It reminded me to be mindful

This lesson helped me understand the parallelism between neural
networks and social networks in a clearer and more relatable way. I
learned that just like neurons in the brain, people in society are

shared information. Both networks depend on connections,
interactions, and feedback to function properly and grow stronger
over time.

I also realized that learning and behavior are shaped by our

connections. In neural networks, learning happens through repeated
signals, while in social networks, people learn through experiences,
relationships, and shared ideas. This made me more aware of how
my actions, choices, and interactions can affect others, just as one
neuron can affect the whole system.

Overall, this lesson taught me the importance of being mindful of

WEEK 7 :
This lesson helped me understand how social relationships play an

important role in shaping the mind. I learned that the people we

interact with such as family, friends, classmates, and teachers

greatly influence how we think, feel, and behave. Our experiences

with others help shape our values, attitudes, and decisions in

everyday life.

I also realized that positive relationships can help improve our

confidence, emotional well-being, and ability to learn. When we are

surrounded by supportive people, we are more motivated and open

to growth. On the other hand, negative relationships can affect our

mindset and actions, which shows how important it is to choose our

connections wisely.

Overall, this lesson made me more aware of the impact of my

social environment. It taught me to value healthy relationships and to

be more mindful of how I treat others. By building positive

connections, I can help shape not only my own mind but also
