ACKNOWLEDGMENT

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the people who have guided,
supported, and inspired me throughout the completion of my Field Study.

First and foremost, my heartfelt thanks to Jose Rizal Memorial State University,
especially the College of Teacher Education, for providing us with meaningful learning
experiences and for preparing us to become effective future educators. I am sincerely
grateful to my FS Instructor/Supervisor, Dr. Dennis A. Maghanoy, for the constant
guidance and encouragement during this journey. Your patience and dedication have
been instrumental in helping me develop both professionally and personally.

My profound appreciation goes to my Cooperating School, Barcelona Central


School, for warmly welcoming me into their learning community. I am deeply grateful to
all my Resource Teachers for their mentorship and guidance throughout our rotations.
Starting with Grade 4 under Ma’am Richel, then Grade 5 with Ma’am Milfe, Grade 6 with
Ma’am Leonor, Kindergarten with Ma’am Marchery, Grade 1 with Ma’am Emily, and
finally Grade 2 with Ma’am Elvira, each of you provided me with invaluable insights into
classroom management, teaching strategies, and learner engagement. Though our
rotations lasted only two weeks per grade, the experience taught me adaptability,
resilience, and the importance of observing different teaching styles. Your support has
greatly contributed to my growth as a future educator.

I would also like to extend my gratitude to the school head, school supervisor,
teachers, and staff, as well as the learners who have inspired me every day. Their
cooperation and kindness have made my FS journey memorable and meaningful. I am
especially grateful for the opportunity to learn from diverse teaching methods and
classroom experiences that have enriched my perspective.

To my family, friends, and classmates, thank you for your unwavering support,
motivation, and prayers. Your encouragement and understanding helped me overcome
challenges and stay focused on my goals.

Above all, I thank God Almighty for granting me wisdom, strength, and guidance
throughout this experience. Without His grace, this journey would not have been
possible.

This Field Study portfolio is a reflection of the many hands and hearts that shaped
my learning. To everyone who became part of this journey—thank you for being a part of
my growth and for inspiring me to become a better educator.
