RULES AND REGULATIONS

Budget:
Each team will have a budget of ₹120 crores to spend on
players.

Player Selection:
BID TO WIN 3.0

A list of player base prices will be provided.


Teams must acquire between 18 and 23 players in total.
Maximum 8 foreign players allowed.
Minimum 2 wicket-keepers required.
Minimum 4 uncapped Indian players mandatory.

Player Retention:
Teams can choose to retain players from their original IPL
2025 team at a fixed cost:
1 player: ₹12.5 crores
2 players: ₹21 crores
3 players: ₹33 crores

Decisions and Conduct:


Decisions taken by the organizing team are absolute and
binding. Profanity and Obscenity are discouraged.

Participation:
Teams are responsible for ensuring their timely
participation, demonstrating respect for the competition
and other participants.

Record Keeping:
Each team must track their remaining budget throughout
the auction, maintaining transparency and financial
accountability.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Auction Format:
The auction will consist of 9 rounds, with 5-10 minutes
breaks between each round, allowing for clear
communication and thoughtful bidding.

Maintaining Order During Bidding:


For clear and efficient bidding, only the first two teams
to raise paddles can engage. Others must wait until
one withdraws, ensuring everyone understands who's
actively involved.

Ratings for Evaluation:


Internal player evaluations consider factors like
current form, past performance, experience, playing
style, and IPL experience. These confidential ratings,
used solely by the organizers, will guide the auction
and aim to ensure a strategic and well-rounded
selection process.

Additional Points:
Shill bidding and other unethical practices are strictly
prohibited.
Respectful behavior towards all participants is
expected.
Transparency and clarity in all auction procedures will
be maintained.

By following these additional points, we can ensure a


hassle-free and ethical auction that upholds the spirit of
fair competition and sportsmanship.
