Respected Sir/Madam,

Subject: Representation Regarding Harassment, Bias, and Procedural

Violations at H-6, R.K Nagar, Police Station, Korukkupet.

I, RAVIKUMAR, S/o. Selvam, Residing at No.227, Manali Pudhu Nagar,

Dwaraka Nagar, 3rd Street, Chennai – 600103., most humbly and respectfully

beg to submit the following representation for your kind consideration and

necessary action.

I am a law-abiding citizen and have always conducted myself with integrity.

However, I am currently being subjected to severe harassment and undue

pressure by a woman named [Link],

2

It is alleged by [Link] that I had borrowed a sum of Rs. 2,50,000/-

(Rupees Two Lakhs and Fifty Thousand only) from her for my personal

needs. however, I want to bring to your notice that I have already repaid a

substantial portion of this debt over a period of time. Despite these

repayments, [Link] has continued to demand the full amount of Rs.

2,40,000/-, stating that I have only made 10,000/- and also refusing to

acknowledge any other payments already made.

On 20.01.2026, I was called for an enquiry against the Complaint given by

Ms. Manju. I have not received any formal summons for the said enquiry and

I was also called at the Odd hours. When I reached the said location, I was

confronted not only by her but also by her associates, who subjected me to

verbal abuse and intimidation.

I was wrongfully restrained and threatened by the police officers and was also

threatened to file a false First Information Report (FIR) against me under

various sections of the law, including charges of cheating and criminal breach

of trust, if I did not agree to their demands. I pleaded with them, explaining

that I had already repaid a significant part of the loan, but my words fell on

deaf ears.

The officials consistently refused to afford me a fair hearing, interrupting and

dismissing my explanations while giving unquestioned credence to the

allegations made by the complainant. This one-sided approach violates the

fundamental duty of the police to conduct a fair and impartial investigation,

as enshrined in the Code of Criminal Procedure and various judicial

3

pronouncements.

Under extreme mental pressure, fear of arrest, and the threat of being falsely

implicated in a criminal case, I was forced to comply with their illegal

demands. They produced a typed document, purportedly an undertaking or a

bond, stating that I owed the full amount of Rs. 2,40,000/- (Rupees Two

Lakhs and Forty Thousand only) and promising to repay it monthly. I was

given no time to read the document properly and was forced to sign it against

my will. This undertaking was obtained under duress, coercion, and the

threat of police action, which amounts to criminal intimidation.

By demanding the full Rs. 2.4 Lakhs now, Ms. Manju is effectively forcing me

to pay nearly double the amount I actually owe, which is unjust, illegal, and

amounts to extortion. Since that day, she and the police officers, have been

constantly harassing me, calling me, and visiting my home, demanding that I

pay the amount mentioned in the forced bond, failing which they will "send

me to jail."

This constant harassment has caused me and my family immense mental

agony, stress, and fear for our safety.

In light of the grave circumstances stated above, we respectfully urge your

good offices to direct the respective police officials to conduct an unbiased,

fair and procedural enquiry with regard to the matter and also to ensure that

any further proceedings in this matter are conducted with utmost fairness,

transparency, and in accordance with the law, preferably under the

supervision of a senior officer from your cadre. And also to declare the said

Bond which was signed to be null and void.

We place our trust in your wisdom and commitment to justice, believing that

you will intervene decisively to rectify these wrongs and uphold the rule of

law. We await your prompt and necessary action.

Thanking you,

Yours faithfully
