twelve years dedicated service in the field of education, I have honed my skills and
passion for fostering student success across diverse settings. My journey began at
Matnog National High School, where I laid foundation for my teaching career, and
continues at my current assignment at Bulan National High School.
Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education from Sorsogon State College
and recently completed my Master of Arts in Teaching Major in Technology and Home
Economics at Sorsogon State University. These credentials reflect my commitment to
continuous professional development and my aspiration to contribute meaningfully to
educational excellence.
Throughout my career, I have prioritized innovative, student-centered teaching
methodologies, consistently adapting strategies to meet learners’ evolving needs. My
efforts have resulted in measurable improvements in academic outcomes, particularly in
literacy and critical thinking. Beyond the classroom, I actively engage in school-wide
initiatives from curriculum development to community outreach programs that align with
institutional goals and uplift stakeholders.
The role of Teacher IV resonates deeply with my vision to lead by example and
collaborate with colleagues to elevate pedagogical standards. My dual experience in
Matnog National High School and Bulan National High School environments has
equipped me with adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a holistic understanding of
educational challenges. I am eager to leverage these insights to mentor peers, drive

I, ALITA G. SANTAYANA, Teacher III of San Ramon Elementary School, heartily
applying for transfer of teaching station to any of these school, Bulan North Central
School – B, Bulan South Central School and Bulan North Central School – A for
the following reasons:
1. I am a bonafide resident and voter of Brgy. Zone – 5 Bulan, Sorsogon.
2. That I could easily get in touch with my family in case of emergency. I have 3
children, 18 years old daughter, 15 years old son and my youngest son, age 7,
has been diagnosed with focal cortical dysplasia, a neurological condition
requiring constant vigilance to prevent seizures. With my husband serving as a
Police Officer in Bulan – a role demanding irregular hours and emergency call-
outs – I must be geographically available to provide immediate care.
3. That I am teaching in my present station for 7 years with utmost dedication and
much achievement.
4. If ever I will be transferred in any of these schools, it is of great help for me and
my family especially in financial aspect and the risk that I am encountering would
be lessened because I’ve already experience motorcycle accident several times.
It would be a great favor if you consider my request regarding this matter. Thank you.
