Eligibility criteria:
For Non-Professional Courses AND Law, Library & Info. Sc. and Physical Education:
(1) A Master’s Degree with 55% marks in subject concerned and (2) the candidate must
have cleared the NET/SET/SLET OR awarded a Ph. D. degree by recognized University.
(5% relaxation will be given to SC/ST/PWD candidates)
For Professional Courses: For Pharmacy:-
i) B. Pharmacy; ii) Registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act. iii) Master’s
degree in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy. iv) Ph.D. degree (with First
Class degree either at Bachelor’s or Master’s level) in the appropriate branch of
specialization in Pharmacy.
The Assessment for 100 marks will be as detailed below:-
Distinction – 16; I Division – 12; II Division – 10;
UG 16 marks
III Division – 06
PG 24 marks Distinction – 24; I Division – 20; II Division – 16

Remuneration: Rs. 700/- per period (theory) and Rs. 350/- per clock hour (practical)
Additional Information:
The Kakatiya University has every right to cancel/alter this Notification at any time
without assigning any reasons therefor.
Candidates applying for more than one post need to fill separate application forms
supported by all relevant documents.
Duly filled in application form in the prescribed proforma should be supported by all
relevant enclosures with pagination. Incomplete applications or without relevant
supporting enclosures will be out rightly rejected.
In case of any inadvertent mistake in the process of selection which may be detected
at any stage even after the issuance of the appointment letter, the university reserves
the right to modify/withdraw/cancel any communication made to the applicants.
Mere acceptance of application does not confer any right for appointment.
The appointment shall be made purely on temporary basis and shall be terminated
without any prior notice.
The part time teachers are not entitled for any benefits from the University except the
earmarked remuneration, no way comparable to the regular teachers and no right for
regularization.
Upper age limit is as per Government norms.
The selected candidates shall be posted at any College run by the University
including District PG Colleges, as per requirement.
The vacancies may be reduced according to the latest workload.
The renewal of appointment for next academic year will be subject to permission of
the State Government and availability of work load.
Date & Venue of the Interview will be communicated to the eligible candidates at a
later date.
