Job Description: Principal Software Engineer (Java Spring Boot)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Software Engineer with expertise in Java Spring Boot to join our dynamic and innovative
team. As a Principal Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing robust, scalable, and high-performance
applications using the Spring Boot framework. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and driving
the overall technical direction of our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex software systems using Java Spring Boot.

2. Architect and optimize the application infrastructure to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

3. Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers, driving best practices and ensuring high-quality code.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to define technical requirements and deliver
innovative solutions.

5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and maintainable codebase.

6. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential applicability to our software solutions.

7. Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.

8. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth system operations.

9. Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.

10. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and backlog grooming.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2. A minimum of 8 years experience as Java developer and tech lead in well established enterprises or early stage startups that have completed
atleast series A funding.

3. Require good hands-on coding skills, good comprehension and problem solving skills.

4. Require very good communication skills and people skills.
