monda. let me introduce our bus crew today. On your right side we have Mr. Budi as our professional
driver and on your left side we have Mr. Asep. Please to say hi to them.

experiences turbulence or difficulty you can hold to the seat cushions in front. While on the bus please

Ladies and Gentlemen, as we know that the bus have 2 doors in the front and back. This bus has several
facilities such as dispensers, air conditioners, audio systems, seat belts, LCD devices, spacious cabin

Alright ladies and gentlemen now I will tell you about our itinerary today. We start by visiting Jakarta
Historical Museum. For the second destination that we will visit is Puppet Museum and we will rest at
the Santika Premiere Hayam Wuruk Hotel.

COMMENTARIES AIRPORT

The history of Soekarno-Hatta Airport or with the official name Bandara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta
(Soekarno-Hatta International Airport) began when it was first operated on May 1, 1985. This airport is
also referred to as Cengkareng Airport and refers to the IATA code, namely “CGK”. The airport is named
after the bilingual name of the Indonesian independence proclaimers, Soekarno and Mohammad Hatta,
who were also the first President and Vice President of Indonesia.

Ladies & Gentlemen, Now i will tell you about Indonesia.

Indonesia is the largest archipelagic country in the world. Indonesia has more than 17.000 island. The
main island of Indonesia are Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, And New Guinea.

Indonesia is a tropical country and has two season, it is dry season and the rainy season. For the dry
season, start from april to september and for The rainy season start from october to march.

The government of Indonesia is Republic. Indonesia is led by president. The name of the current and
seventh president is Mr. Joko Widodo and the vice president is Mr. Ma’ruf Amin. Bahasa Indonesia is the
official langaguange of Indonesia. The national anthem is Indonesia Raya. Indonesia has several religions
such as moeslim, catholicism, christianity, hinduism and buddhism, Confucianism but the most of
Indonesian are moeslim.

Indonesia currency is Rupiah. There is two type Rupiah. There are paper and coins. The paper consists of
the largest being 100.000, then 75.000, 50.000, 20.000, 10.000, 5.000, 2.000, and the smallest 1.000. For
the coins themselves, 100 rupiah is the smallest, 200 rupiah, 500 rupiah, and the largest is 1000
thousand.

For you information, in Indonesia there is cashless payment methods that can we use. Such as Gopay,
Ovo, DANA, E-Money, and many more.

COMMENTARIES JAKARTA

Now we are in Jakarta, in the capital city of Indonesia. Jakarta is located on Java island. Jakarta is led by
governor. The current governor of Jakarta is Mr. Heru Budi Hartono. Jakarta divided in to 5
administrative and 1 regency, it is South Jakarta, Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, West Jakarta, East
Jakarta, And the Thousand Island.

The icon of Jakarta is National Monument and Ondel-Ondel. There is a unique transportasion in Jakarta,
It is Bajaj. It’s unique because Bajaj only has three wheels. And the color of Bajaj are blue.

While you in Jakarta there is a public transportation that you can use. Such Transjakarta, MRT,
Commuter Line Train, LRT, and JakLingko. But make sure you have a card like E-Money or flazz, etc.

Another option transportation that you can use while in Jakarta, it is Gojek. You can download Gojek in
Play Store or AppStore.

The Betawi, as the natives of Jakarta are called, have many traditional food such as Ketoprak, Gado-
gado, Kerak Telor, Soto betawi, and many more.

Ladies and Gentlemen, this is Jakarta Historical Museum. This museum built in 1707-1710 by order of
Governor General Joan van Hoorn. This building resembles the Dam Palace in Amsterdam, consisting of
a main building with two wings on the east and west as well as a side building used as an office,
courtroom, and dungeons used as a prison. On March 30, 1974, this building was inaugurated by Mr. Ali
Sadikin.

Collection

THE HERMES STATUE

This statue of Hermes was made in the 18th century by Europeans. This statue is made of bronze and
copper based on stories in Greek mythology. This statue of the god Hermes symbolizes success in life.
This statue weighs 120 kg and is about 2 meters high.

THE REPLICA CIARUTEUN INSCRIPTION

The Ciaruteun inscription is a memorial stone dating from the time of the Tarumanegara Kingdom
around the 5th century AD which is marked by the shape of King Purnawarman's footprints. Meanwhile,
the original inscription was placed in Ciaruteun Ilir Village, Cibungbulang District.

Puppet Museum

Ladies and gentlemen we already arrived in Puppet Museum. But before we start the tour let me explain
the rules first.

Ladies and Gentlemen, The Wayang Museum was originally a church founded by the Dutch colonial
group VOC in 1640. In 1733 the church underwent repairs. This building then changed its function to
become a warehouse owned by the company Geo Wehry & Co in 1912, before then in 1936 it was
designated as a monument. Before becoming a puppet museum, this building was also used as a
museum with a name Old Batavia museum in 1937. then on 1968 the museum building was handed
over to DKI Jakarta government.

Collection

INTAN PUPPET

the Diamond puppet which has existed since 1870 from Muntilan, Central Java is one of the oldest
puppets in this museum. This puppet is made in a set with gamelan musical instruments. However,
Wayang Intan is displayed separately from the gamelan, because the gamelan is combined with other
musical instruments.

UNYIL DOLLS

The famous dolls from Indonesia displayed in this museum are the Si Unyil series dolls. A set of Unyil's
dolls is the original set and was the first to be used when it was broadcast on TVRI in 1970.
