QUESTIONS 1 - ingliz tilida so’roq gaplar yasash

* Ingliz tilida so’roq so’zlar gapning eng boshiga qo’yiladi (agar ular bo’lsa)
* Yordamchi fe’llar egadan oldinga chiqariladi (to be/ have/ do/ will/ can/ …)

* Present Simple: Do/does, (am/is/are)

For: Question word (what/When …) + do/does + Sub + verb + obj?


Question word + am/is/are + Sub + obj?

Ex: What do you do? - sen nima ish qilasan?


Ex: Where does he live? - U qayerda yashaydi?
Ex: What is your name?
Ex: How old are you? - necha yoshsan
Ex: are you at home? - uydamisan

* Future simple: Will/shall

For: QW + will/shall + Sub + verb + obj?

Ex: What time will you leave? - soat nechchida jo’naysan?


Ex: How will you go to the party? - partyga qanday borasan?
Ex: Will you come tomorrow? - ertaga kelasanmi?

* Past simple: Did (was/were)

For: QW + did + Sub + verb + obj?


QW + was/were + Sub + obj?

Ex: Where did you go yesterday? - kecha qayerga bording?


Ex: Did you call me yesterday? - kecha menga telefon qildingmi?
Ex: Where were you yesterday? - kecha qayerda eding?

* Present Perfect: Have/has

For: QW + have/has + Sub + verb3/ed + obj?

Ex: What have you seen in Egypt? - Misrda nimani ko’rding


Ex: Have you had lunch? - tushlik qildingmi?

* Present Perfect Continuous: Have/has

For: QW + have/has + Sub + been + Ving + obj?

Ex: How long have you been learning English?


- inliz tilini qanchadan beri o’rganyapsiz?
!!! note: “Who” bilan so’roq gap yasalganda yordamchi fe’llar oldinga chiqarilmaydi.
Gap o’z shaklida qoladi faqat “Subject” o’rniga “Who” qo’yiladi.

Ex: Present Perfect (Sub + have/has + v3/ed + obj)

Ex: Alex has broken the window


Who has broken the window? - kim derazani sindirdi

Ex: What happened? Nima sodir bo’ldi


Ex: What made you happy? - seni nima hursand qildi?
Ex: Which bus has come? - qaysi avtobus keldi

(passive voice: the room is cleaned every day


Is the room cleaned every day?)

* To whom? - kimga?

Ex: To whom am I speaking? - kimga gapiryapman?


Ex: To whom did you give the gift? - Kimga sovg’a berding?

* Whose? - kimning?

Ex: Whose car are you driving? - kimning mashinasini haydayapsan?


Ex: Whose child are you? - kimni bolasisan?

NEGATIVE QUESTIONS - inkor so’roqlar

* Biror kishidan “nimadir qildingmi?” deb emas “nimadir qilmadingmi?” deb


so’rashda ishlatiladi.

For: QW + Didn’t + Sub + verb + obj? - … qilmadingmi?

Ex: Didn’t you wash the dishes? - idishlarni yuvmadingmi?


Ex: Didn’t you go to the school? - maktabga bormadingmi?
Ex: Why aren’t you working? - nega ishlamayapsanmi?
Ex: Why aren’t you sleeping? - nega uxlamayapsan?

Questions 2: Do you know where? He asked me where? Do you know if/whether


…?

* Biz biror kishidan boshqa bir shaxs haqida so’ramoqchi bo’lsak savollar darak gap
formulasi bo’yicha yasaladi.

For: Do you know where/He asked me what… + Sub + verb(s)?

Ex: Do you know where Alex lives? - Alex qayerda yashashini bilasizmi?
Ex: Do you know what Alex likes? - Alex nimani yoqtirishini bilasizmi?
Ex: Does this girl know why Alex works as a teacher? - Bu qiz biladimi nega Alex
o’qituvchi bo’lib ishlashini?

Ex: He asked me what I bought for Sarah’s birthday? - U mendan Sarani tug’ilgan
kuniga nima sotib olganimni so’radi.

Ex: He asked me What my name is?


Ex: Do you know where Alex’s office is?
Ex: Do you know why I am late for work?
